Relax Basics

There are many creative ways to relax. But there are also a few foundational things you'll need to develop to maintain a relaxed attitude - no matter what the circumstances.

1. Get plenty of rest.

2. Drink more water than any other liquid.

3. Stretch or exercise everyday.

4. Eat a healthy diet rich in raw veggies and avoid refined foods (sugar, flour, etc.)

5. Smile. A lot. Especially at people you love.
